Cullodin
Cullodin
Located adjacent to “Greengrove” near the village of Cudal in Central West NSW, “Cullodin” is a 180-hectare property that is 90% arable and ideally suited to broadacre cropping. With excellent silo infrastructure and recent improvements to paddock layout, Cullodin is now optimised for efficient seeding, spraying and harvesting as part of our integrated farming operations in the region.
In addition to cropping, “Cullodin” is home to a fully registered and operational gravel quarry. The quarry supplies local councils, property owners, and regional projects — adding further value and flexibility to the property.
With loamy to heavier red loam soils, this block consistently produces high-yielding crops and is also ideal for lucerne and pasture development.
